Rose Opera's mission is to promote the advancement of the arts for the public benefit through:

1. The promotion and presentation of opera to the highest possible standards for the benefit of the local communities in which the company performs; and

2. To advance the education of the public in opera through outreach to local schools and educational institutions, and young performers in the early stages of their careers.
